With over $313 Billion going towards VA Benefit Programs in 2022, the benefits are plentiful. We advise, assist, and enroll each Veteran into each of their earned benefits that provide value to their goal of professional development.
Following Graduation from our program. We aim to place the Veteran into a profession that will utilize their immense knowledge and skills in a rewarding and fulfilling career.

Our Corporate Partners also pledge to place our qualifying Veterans into positions within their organization.

Our Services

Application

Transitioning Soldiers or their representatives submit an application. This application is then reviewed by our team of professional development and benefit specialists.

Orientation

Upon beginning our program, each individual is given a questionnaire and a 1 hour one on one orientation to determine the roadmap to success within our program.

Programs

Once Identified, the Transitioning Soldier is then assigned into the relevant programs. These programs will allow the soldier to BRIDGE THE GAP between the Military Skills and Civilian Equivalent .

Skill Translation

Upon Completion of the Programs we will work with the Veterans to further identify and translate their skills into the civilian corporate world.

Networking

Through our extensive network of Corporate partners, executives, industry leaders and professionals. We will develop, plan, and execute professional networking events.

Workforce Placement

Through the help of our amazing Corporate Heroes, we will place the veteran into rewarding positions that highlight and utilize their existing skills. Not only providing a career for the Veteran, but a skilled employee for the company.
